Seminar draws mechanical engineers from three states Sept. 18-19

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Regional Student Leadership Seminar will be held Sept. 18 and 19, at California State University, Fresno.

Approximately 140 students, faculty and advisers from 40 universities throughout California, Nevada and Hawaii will participate in the training and development seminars hosted by the Fresno State School of Engineering and Computer Science and the university’s student chapter of ASME.

Seminars will be held on Friday from 2 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the University Student Union, rooms 308, 309, 311, 312 and 314.
