Coyle will speak from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. in the University Center, Room 200. Admission is free.

Coyle has served as an energy consultant to several Western states, including California, Arizona and Utah. He has testified as an expert witness on energy issues before public utility commissions in 22 states. He holds a doctorate in economics from Boston College.

The program is sponsored by the Department of Economics, the Economics Club and the dean of the College of Social Science at Fresno State. For more information contact James Cypher at 278-4935.
