Husband At 4:30 p.m. Today The Fresno State Air Force and Army ROTC will hold a brief memorial tribute at approximately 4:30 p.m. today when they retire the colors in front of the North Gym in memory of Air Force Col. Rick Husband, the Fresno State alumnus who died on the Columbia space shuttle tragedy this morning. Taps will be performed by a member of the Fresno State Bulldog Band. (The Fresno State women's basketball game currently under way in the North Gym concludes at approximately 4 p.m.) The public is invited to observe the brief ceremony.
