Backgrnd: Construction is beginning on a $5 million Central Valley Business Incubator (CVBI) building on campus at Barstow and Chestnut avenues that will be the center for specialized incubators for water technology and clean energy businesses. The center is made possible by a partnership between the CVBI and the Fresno State-based International Center for Water Technology.
Visuals: A sign, fence and construction office are in place at the site. The
13,000-square-foot building should be ready for occupancy this fall.
