Excavation of the basement of the new Madden Library building has concluded Friday (Dec.1). There will continue to be occasional truck traffic on Barton Avenue but Barton Avenue will be reopened for traffic south of Keats Avenue for the time being.

Barton Avenue will be open for two-way traffic between Shaw and Keats avenues beginning Monday morning, Dec. 4.

University High School – Parents will be allowed to enter the frontage road at Barton and drop off students as usual at Jackson and Keats; however, they must exit the campus via Keats and Maple avenues.

Parking Lots D and E – Faculty and staff must use Jackson Avenue to enter and exit these lots as access to Barton Avenue will remain closed north of Keats.

Dorm parking in Lot G – Students should enter and exit the dorm parking in Lot G via Cedar and Scott avenues. The frontage road will continue to be closed between Lot F and Barton Avenue.
