Campus Pointe final EIR available

The final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared for the Campus Pointe project at California State University, Fresno is now available.

Campus Pointe is a mixed-used, public/private project that will be located on approximately 45 acres of university land east of Chestnut Avenue and west of State Route 168 (across from the Save Mart Center).

Campus Pointe will include 180,000 square feet of retail and office space, a 200-room hotel with 10,000 square feet of meeting rooms, a 14-screen theater, 360 units of multifamily housing, 180 units of senior housing and parking facilities.

Copies are available for purchase for a $20 non-refundable fee from Auxiliary Services, 2771 E. Shaw Ave. The fee is not applicable to state or local agencies.

The final EIR is available for review during normal business hours at the Auxiliary Services Office.

Kashian Enterprises LP is the master developer of the project.
