Ray E. Hall“Deep Time: The Amazing Age of the Earth and Universe” will be Dr. Ray E. Hall’s topic at the April 7 Central Valley Café Scientifique meeting.

Hall, a physicist at California State University, Fresno, will explore time scales associated with astronomy, geology and biology with an importance of how these results link and strengthen each other.

The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Lucy's Lair, 10063 N. Maple Ave (northwest corner of Maple and Behymer).

Central Valley Cafe Scientifique meets the first Monday of each month to provide a forum for researchers from Fresno State and other organizations to engage in casual discussion of scientific topics with community members.
