California State University, Fresno offers three concerts in the next few days appealing to a variety of musical tastes.

Fresno State Jazz Bands “A” and “B” get into the spirit of the season at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, with the annual Jazz-o-ween concert. Band members will wear costumes and play suitably spooky music. The audience is asked to come in costume for the concert at the Concert Hall in the Music Building. Tickets: $7 general; $5 for faculty, staff, seniors and students.

Pianist Richard Glazier will perform “Gershwin – Remembrance and Discovery” at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Concert Hall. Although sponsored by the Philip Lorenz Memorial Keyboard Concerts, Glazier’s performance is not part of the subscription series. Tickets: $18 general; $12 seniors; $5 students.

New faculty member, Dr. Anthony Radford, a baritone, and his wife, Sarah Thrasher, will perform in concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3 at the Wahlberg Recital Hall. Staff pianist Hatem Nadim will accompany the program of vocal music by Pfitzner, Brahms, Debussy and Ives.

Admission is $6 general; $5 faculty, staff, seniors and students.
