Campus closing for Thanksgiving recess, furloughs

All offices will be closed and no classes will meet at California State University, Fresno from Wednesday to Friday, Nov. 25-27, for Thanksgiving recess and a state-mandated furlough day. On Monday, Nov. 30, administrative offices will continue to be closed for an additional furlough day, but classes will be in session.

The University Police Department will remain open during break and can be reached in emergencies at 559.278.8400.

Information on other campus services is as follows:

Henry Madden Library – Closed Nov. 25-28; open 2-6 p.m. Nov. 29 and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 30 with limited services.

Campus dining:

Residence Dining Hall closed until dinner Nov. 29.

University Center closed Nov. 25-30.

USU Snack Bar closed Nov. 25-26; open noon-7 p.m. Nov. 27-30.

Starbucks closed Nov. 25-29, open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 30.

University Student Union – Closed Nov. 25-26; open 10 a.m.-midnight Nov. 27-29; 7 a.m.-midnight Nov. 30.

Gibson Farm Market – Closed Nov. 25-27; open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 28, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 29 and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov. 30.

Kennel Bookstore – Closed Nov. 25-29; open 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Nov. 30.
