On Friday, June 18, offices at California State University, Fresno will be closed because state budget cuts have forced the university to mandate unpaid furlough days for staff and administrators. Summer school classes will meet as scheduled.
The student-operated Gibson Farm Market at Barstow and Chestnut avenues will remain open to sell student-produced fresh fruit, vegetables, organic produce and meat, as well as wines. Information is available at 559.278.4511 orwww.auxiliary.com/agf/farmmarket.
Campus offices will reopen at 7 a.m. Monday, June 21.
