Dr. Julius Bailey, a philosophy professor at Wittenberg University, will speak at the “Rosa Parks Awards” 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29, at the Smittcamp Alumni House (2625 E. Matoian Way). Fresno State students, faculty and staff will be honored in art, academics, group/organization community service and leadership at the free, public event that is part of the university’s observance of National Black History Month.
