Campus flags will be lowered Friday in memory of faculty member, alumnus

The flags at Fresno State will be lowered to half-staff on Friday, May 4, for Dr. Barbara LaBossiere, a Fresno State philosophy professor since 2002, and Phillip Patino, a Fresno educator and alumnus who founded the Si Se Puede Hispanic Male Conference with University Outreach Services. President Welty issued the directive that the flags be lowered on the day of services for Dr. LaBossiere and Mr. Patino.
