Fresno READS launches community activities Oct. 6-7

Fresno State’s Fresno Reading Enrichment and Academic Development through Service (Fresno READS) will participate in several community events beginning 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Oct 6-7, at Barnes and Noble, when students will read and paint faces. They also will distribute free books and host activities at 7 a.m. Oct. 12 at Vinland Elementary School (4666 N.
