The Community Action Council for HIV and AIDS and Fresno State students will observe World AIDS Day 3:30-6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, in the Fresno State Satellite Student Union. The event theme is “Getting to Zero” and will include a remembrance of the past 25 years of the AIDS Memorial Quilt, a short film featuring Fresno State students and faculty, and live entertainment from local bands. Sponsored by Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and a human sexuality class in Fresno State’s Department Public Health, the event is free and open to the public.
