As a mark of respect for the memory and longstanding service of Senator Daniel K. Inouye, President pro tempore of the U.S. Senate, Fresno State President John D. Welty has ordered that U.S. and California flags on campus be flown at half until sunset today, Dec. 19, in keeping with yesterday’s Presidential Proclamation.
