The Fresno State Police Dept. has issued a traffic alert for the George Strait concert at the Save Mart Center on campus at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1. Motorists entering or leaving campus between 4:30 to 11:30 p.m. are advised to plan for extra travel time. Parking lot and roadway restrictions will be in effect on the east side of campus affecting Parking Lots A, J and V, portions of Woodrow Avenue, Chestnut Avenue and Matoian Way. To access the campus from Shaw Avenue, vehicles are encouraged to use Maple and Barton Avenues to avoid traffic congestion from the event. To access the campus from Barstow Avenue, use Maple Avenue.
