Dr. Jill Kerper Mora, emerita associate professor from San Diego State and bilingual education pioneer, will keynote the California Association of Bilingual Educators (CABE) conference 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday, March 16 at Fresno State. The free, public event will be at the Alice Peters Auditorium in the Peters Business Building. It will focus on preparing dual language teachers and programs which promote biliteracy, bilingualism, biculturalism and high academic achievements in two languages. Pre-registration is closed but onsite registration is available. Funding provided by an Associated Students Inc., Instructionally Related Activities grant.
