The 29th annual Conference on Character and Civic Education will be presented April 12 and 13 by Fresno State’s Kremen School of Education and Human Resources and Bonner Center for Character Education. Friday’s session from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. will be at the Fresno Convention Center where awards will be presented to 14 local exemplary middle schools of character. Two exemplary teachers of the year also will be honored. On Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., two panels will be held at the University Dining Hall on campus.
