Fresno State’s CineCulture program will screen “Jodaeiye Nader az Simin (A Separation),” at 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 5, in the Leon S. and Pete P. Peters Educational Center in the Student Recreation Center (Woodrow and Shaw avenues). The 2012 Academy Award winner for Best Foreign Language Film, is set in contemporary Iran and explores the painful dissolution of a marriage.   Dr. Partow Hooshmandrad, a music ethnologist in the Fresno State Music Department who also is a  Persian Language professor originally from Iran,  will lead a post-screening discussion.
