A silent vigil in memory of Fresno State student Jacob Leasure will be held at 8 p.m. Friday, May 24, in the Free Speech Area on campus. According to the California Highway Patrol, Leasure died in a crash involving a bicyclist and a big rig near Madera Thursday afternoon. The 19-year-old freshman majored in Civil Engineering, was a 2012 graduate of Madera High School and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha, Iota Beta Chapter at Fresno State, which is coordinating the vigil.
