Fresno State’s CineCulture program with Fresno Filmworks will screen a Best Foreign Language Academy Award nominated film from Chile, “NO”, 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, at the Tower Theatre (815 E. Olive Ave.) The film stars Gael García Bernal as a young advertising executive who spearheads a campaign to free Chile from the rule of military dictator Augusto Pinochet. Fresno State’s Dr. William Skuban, professor of Latin American history and chair of the Department of History, will lead a post-screening discussion afterward.
