Nine college students from throughout the nation serving on the Student Advisory Team for Agriculture Future of America (AFA) and hosted by Bank of the West, will be in Fresno June 8-11 to tour farms and agri-business operations. In addition to the stop in Fresno, the students will visit cities in  North Carolina and St. Louis. On Tuesday, June 11, the students will visit the Water, Energy and Technology (WET) Center at Fresno State, which provides an entryway for entrepreneurs to establish businesses and launch new technologies. AFA provides career development and leadership training for college students across the country who are pursuing careers in agriculture-related fields.
