University officials announced today that Fresno State is accepting student applications for the spring 2014 semester. The application deadline is Aug. 31, 2013.
Applications will be accepted in the following categories:
- New upper division transfers: Applicants who have completed all transfer admission requirements by the end of fall 2013.
- New graduate and postbaccalaureate: Open to applicants in selected graduate and credential programs.
The university is closed to applications from first-time freshmen, lower division transfers, returning students, second baccalaureate and postbaccalaureate unclassified students.
Because Fresno State is impacted at the transfer level, upper division transfer applicants from the local area will be accommodated first. Local area community colleges include College of the Sequoias, Fresno City College, Merced Community College, Modesto Junior College, Reedley College, West Hills Community College and West Hills College-Lemoore.
Transfer applicants from other colleges or universities will be considered based on space availability.
