Applications for Welty scholarships accepted through Oct. 13

The John D. Welty Award for Excellence in Community Service is a $2,500 scholarship for a Fresno State student who exemplifies the commitment to service that President Emeritus John D. Welty championed during his 22 years with the university. This is the first year the scholarship is being offered.
