Fresno State students will volunteer at two locations, 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, for Serving Fresno Day in support of the national service event, Family Serve Day. Presented by Fresno State’s SERVE Committee, a student leadership team through the Jan and Bud Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service Learning, the project provides volunteer opportunities to revitalize the group activity area at Woodward Park and to help build hiking trails at the at the Sierra Foothill Conservancy’s Fine Gold Creek Preserve.
