College students are being offered a special price for tickets to the Jay Z concert Dec. 10 at the Save Mart Center at Fresno State. Tickets are $28 with a valid student I.D. and available only at the Save Mart Center Box Office. The offer applies to all seating locations available but is not applicable toward previously purchased tickets. This special student offer begins Nov. 26 until 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 3.
