Fresno State’s spring 2014 semester officially begins Monday, Jan. 13, with the Spring Faculty and Staff Assembly from 9-11 a.m. in the Satellite Student Union. President Joseph I. Castro will deliver his second state-of the-campus address to employees at 10 a.m. Media availability will follow his talk. Grace Liu, chair of the Staff Assembly Executive Committee, and Dr. Lynn Williams, chair of the Academic Senate, will deliver brief remarks. Classes begin Thursday, Jan. 16.
