Stefani Booroojian, KSEE 24 News anchor, will be the discussant following the CineCulture screening of “LUNAFEST” short films about women at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Mar. 7 in the Leon S. and Pete P. Peters Educational Center at the Student Recreation Center (Woodrow and Shaw avenues). Running from October-March, LUNAFEST is shown by more than 100 venues nationwide and viewed by more than 20,000 people. The films touch on a variety of issues of interest to women. The free, public event is part of Fresno State’s observance of Women’s Herstory Month in collaboration with the Women’s Resource Center.
