Dr. Sundaran Annamalai, executive director of The World Bank Group, will discuss “Investments of the World Bank in Agriculture and Rural Development in Southeast Asia” at 5 p.m.  Monday, April 28 at the Alice Peters Auditorium in the Peters Business Building (5245 N. Backer Ave.). He will talk about the World Bank’s mission to end extreme poverty and decreasing the percentage of individuals who live on less than $1.25 a day.
