Fresno State students will perform a Spanish version of the play “Angel de la Guardia” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 7 in McLane Hall 121. The free, public play written by Raul Z. Moreno, coordinator of University Migrant Services, portrays a family who migrated to the United States with hopes for a better future. It is presented by Fresno State’s Teatro TORTILLA (Teatro of Raza Towards Involvement in Local Latino Awareness) and directed by Fabiola Ramirez, a Mass Communications and Journalism student from Atwater.
