Incoming Fresno State student Tatiana Overturf received a $20,000 PG&E Bright Minds Scholarships. The Templeton High School graduate (San Luis Obispo County) was informed recently by PG&E Director Pat Mullen that she was the first winner to be notified. Nine other students in Northern and Central California will be announced later. Since the program launched in 2012, the PG&E Bright Minds Scholarship Program has awarded $3 million in scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $30,000 to 300 students throughout Central and Northern California.
