Fresno State will begin accepting student applications for the spring 2015 semester on Aug. 1. The application deadline is Aug. 31.

Only students in these two categories are eligible to apply for spring admission:

  • New upper division transfers; applicants who have completed all transfer admission requirements by the end of fall 2014.
  • New/returning graduate and postbaccalaureate; open to applicants in selected graduate, credential programs and returning students.

The university is impacted at the transfer level so accommodation will be made first for local upper division transfer students from College of the Sequoias, Fresno City College, Merced College, Modesto Junior College, Reedley College, West Hills Community College and West Hills College-Lemoore.

Transfer students from other colleges will be considered on a space-available basis.

Spring admission will be closed to first-time freshmen, lower division transfers, returning undergraduate students, second baccalaureate and post baccalaureate unclassified students.

Students may apply online using CSU Mentor, which also has additional information regarding CSU admission. No late applications will be accepted. The deadline to turn in required documents after application submission is Sept. 12 (the fall 2015 term application period is Oct. 1 through Nov. 30).
