Boyer to step down as dean of the Jordan College

This morning Dr. Charles Boyer announced that he will leave Fresno State at the end of the year after more than eight years as dean of the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology. Boyer has accepted a position as the head of the College of Agriculture and the Montana Agricultural Experiment Station at Montana State University. “My excitement is tempered by my love for the Jordan College. I am proud of our accomplishments during the past eight and a half years,” Boyer said in a message to the university. “The college is now poised for even greater achievements. Your new dean will be able to build on our success and lead you into an exciting future.” Boyer will remain at Fresno State until December to help with the transition of leadership.
