Fresno State will fly its flags at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Wednesday, Sept. 11, to honor the innocent victims who perished as a result of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, in observance of Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance. Fresno State President Joseph I. Castro has ordered that flags be lowered at the campus’ three flag posts: the main administration flag poles at the Rose Garden, at the west flagpoles in front of the North Gym, at the Save Mart Center as well as at any athletics venue where events are hosted by Fresno State.
