The Friends of the Madden Library will present a program on current technological advances in precision agriculture, 6 p.m. Friday Sept. 26 in the Madden Library. Dr. Gregory Kriehn of Fresno State’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Department will address the role of hexacopters, sensors, satellites and more on the modern farm. Kriehn will be joined by faculty members Dr. Riadh Munjy and Walter Mizuno, along with 10 students working to adapt technology for agricultural uses.
