The second annual Sankofa Black Film Festival at Fresno State begins at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8 with a viewing of “The Great Debaters.” Other films include “Boys N the Hood” Oct. 15 and “Fruitvale Station” Oct. 22. The free, public films presented by the Africana Studies Program will be screened at 5:30 p.m. in the Engineering East Building, Room 191.
