Fresno State’s International Student Services and Programs (ISSP) will celebrate the 31st anniversary of its International Culture Night at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, in the Satellite Student Union. For over three decades, the Association for the Promotion of International Culture (APIC), a student organization, has planned and organized the free, public event to promote international culture to the Fresno State community and public. The event will conclude International Education Week that began Nov. 17. The culminating event on Sunday will feature 10 musical and dance performances by student clubs representing cultures from China, Mexico, Malaysia, Armenia, United States, India and Saudi Arabia, followed by a fashion show exhibiting authentic international attire.
