This week’s Maddy report will address “The Federal Reserve Does Community Development: Who Knew?” at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12 on KVPT (Valley PBS) and 5 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 14 on KSEE 24 (Fresno NBC). Host Mark Keppler will discuss community development efforts with Leilani Barnett, the regional director for community development at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. The Valley Views Edition, “Community Development in the Valley: A Federal Response” will air at 10 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 12 on KMJ 580 AM (radio/podcast) with Ben Duron, president and CEO of the Great Valley Center, and Mike Dozier, executive director of the Office of Community and Economic Development at Fresno State. They will discuss community development efforts in the Valley with Keppler, the director for the Maddy Institute.
