The 23rd Annual Fall Community Service Opportunities Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, in Memorial Court (south of the Kennel Bookstore). Presented by the Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning, the event provides students, staff and faculty with information on community benefit organizations and community service-learning opportunities from more than 70 agencies. A new feature, the Taste of Service tent will provide one-stop service projects to complete that day such as making a pinwheel for patients at Valley Children’s Hospital, writing a letter to a military veteran and joining the national Be the Match Marrow Registry.
