Housing market symposium Oct. 23 looks at Central Valley conditions

Dean Wehrli, senior vice president of John Burns Real Estate Consultants in Sacramento, will be the keynote speaker for the 2015 Housing Market Symposium from 9-11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23, in the University Business Center (Room 192). Wehrli, who manages residential and commercial real estate consulting assignments, specializes in collecting housing market trends and conducting primary research. The symposium, hosted by the Craig School of Business and the Gazarian Real Estate Center and sponsored by Wathen Castanos Homes, begins with registration at 8:30 a.m. and includes a networking opportunity and continental breakfast. Following Wehrli’s keynote presentation at 9:10 a.m., panelist presentations will examine Central Valley housing market conditions. At 10:45 a.m., Wehrli will be joined by Wathen Castanos Homes President Josh Peterson and Vice President Peter Castanos for audience questions.
