Fresno State’s mass communication and journalism and graphic design students will get a TASTE of what their futures hold when they shadow 100 professional mentors on Tuesday, Oct. 27. About 200 students and professionals will pair up to create a professional mentor relationship and provide the student a peek into what his or her field entails. Students meet with their mentors at their offices from 9-11:15 a.m. before a networking luncheon from 11:15 a.m.-1 p.m. at Pardini’s restaurant. Keynote speaker Jim Bartko, Fresno State director of athletics, will share his vision of Fresno State sports.
