“At Your Service: A Rainbow Event and Wedding Expo” geared toward the LGBTQ+ community, will be from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 24, at Fresno State’s Smittcamp Alumni House.
Presented by the Rainbow Alumni and Allies Club with the Fresno State Alumni Association, the event will feature fashion shows with the latest trends for people and dogs as well as wedding planning information, free samples and raffle prizes. Victor E. Bulldog III will make an appearance.
“We have nearly 50 vendors attending the event and all of them are LGBTQ+ inclusive,” says Pamela Dyer, event coordinator and Smittcamp Alumni House manager. “This is the San Joaquin Valley’s premier event for this special segment of our greater community.”
The founding sponsor is The Painted Table catering and events company. Contributing sponsors are A.J.’s Tuxedo Junction, Best Party and Event Rentals, Elegant Bride, Haro Entertainment, Roetography, Tailwaggers, University Catering and Wild Rose Floral Studio.
Tickets are priced at $10 in advance and $15 on the day of the event.
