The Maddy Report “Eliminating Fraud, Waste and Abuse: Who You Gonna Call?” will air at 10 a.m. Sunday, June 25, on ABC 30. The 30-minute program is hosted by Mark J. Keppler, executive director of the Maddy Institute, and will feature California’s legislative analyst Mac Taylor, Little Hoover Commission executive director Carole D’Elia, California Auditor Elaine Howle and Sacramento Bee columnist Dan Walters. At 10 a.m., The Maddy Report – Valley Views Edition “Discerning Fact from Fiction in State and Local Policy Debates” will air an hour-long broadcast on Newstalk 580 and 105.9 KMJ radio featuring Bill McEwen, Fresno Bee editorial page editor; Mike Dunbar, Merced Sun-Star and Modesto Bee opinion page editor; Paul Hurley, former Visalia Times Delta editorial page editor and Fresno State political science professor Jeff Cummins. The Spanish-language version of the weekly report, El Informe Maddy Report “Corporate Income Taxes” will air at 7:30 a.m. on Univision 21 and UniMas 61 with host Maria Jeans and will feature Margarita Fernandez, state auditor spokesperson, and former deputy director of The Maddy Institute Ana Jovel Melendez.
