Bus shelters near Fresno State campus are getting a bright, new look in Bulldog blue and red. Fresno Area Express (FAX) is installing four shelters that have a new style along Shaw Avenue and at the northeast corner of Cedar and Barstow avenues. Additional shelters are expected after road work is completed around the university. Fresno State and FAX worked together to install the new and improved shelters, which are equipped with lighting and are adaptable for additional and future features. The university will pour the concrete pads and run power to bus shelter sites, and FAX purchased the new shelters and will install them.
