Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer announced shortly after noon Tuesday, May 8, the apprehension of the suspect in the shooting at an off-campus apartment complex that occurred the night before.

Dead is Brant Daniels, who was not a current student at Fresno State. The two injured men have been identified as Roderick Buycks, 19, a Fresno State student, and Drew Pfeiff, 22, not a Fresno State student. Both were treated at a hospital.
