Power outage briefly darkens campus - additional outages possible |
|
PG&E informed the university that at 11:15 a.m. a high voltage transmission line at the Bullard substation that feeds the entire campus failed momentarily causing interruption of service to the campus. Power has been restored to the entire campus. PG&E is working to determine what caused the outage and it is possible that additional interruptions could occur. Updates will be posted as needed via Infomail, the information hotline 278.4000 and Radio 1040 AM. Update also will be posted on www.FresnoStateNews.com. |
