Ag One wine tasting event set for Oct. 19

The College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and the Ag One Foundation at California State University, Fresno, will host the 10th annual Fresno-Madera Alumni and Friends Wine Tasting Social on Oct. 19.

The event, which will be held at the Fresno State Winery (2360 E. Barstow Ave.), will begin with a guided tour of the University Farm at 4:30 p.m., followed by the tasting social from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The social will feature products from the University Farm paired with Fresno State’s award-winning wines.

Tickets purchased before Oct. 12 for the social are $35 per person. Reservations there after are $40 each.

Proceeds support, benefit and promote programs in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology
