Fresno State Jazz Bands “A” and “B” get the opportunity to perform with saxophonist Bob Reynolds in concert at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, in the Concert Hall at California State University, Fresno.

Reynolds’ 2006 album, “Can’t Wait for Perfect” (Fresh Sound/New Talent) was voted Best Debut in the Village Voice’s jazz poll. Besides his tenor sax performance, including tours with pop and blues singer-guitarist John Mayer, Reynolds has won four Young Jazz Composer awards from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
