New College World Series
shirts have arrived, or are expected today, at Fresno State stores: The
Bulldog Shop (Cedar and Barstow) and Kennel Bookstore (on campus).
At Kennel, a red shirt is now available in addition to another white.
Printing on front only emphasizes Fresno State and CWS (no reference to
the other 8 teams that started the CWS), said Kennel manger Ron Durham.
They are $17.99. Kennel will be open Saturday from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. and
also will have shirts at the Fresno State Farm Festival (see below).
The Bulldog Shop will have a new one arriving this morning, the "From
Underdog to Wonder Dog" white shirt (14.00). Additional shipments of the
first batches of shirts are also due in today. World Series hats are
also expected in but may not last long, said Diane Brock, Bulldog Shop
manager.
