Olympics-bound Fresno State band director hits the airwaves

Fresno State at the Beijing 2008 Olympic GamesFresno State’s Gary Gilroy was interviewed for KQED Radio’s “The California Report” on his role in the 2008 Beijing 2008 Olympic Orchestra. Fresno State Bulldog Marching Band members participating in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Orchestra began their journey to China July 29, bound for the Summer Games, which run Aug. 8-24.
